2 ducks cut in pieces 4 ounces of cubed ham 1/2 pound of mushrooms 3 tablespoons of butter 1 tablespoon of flour 1 small clove garlic, minced Pinch of thyme 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley Salt and pepper 12 small white onions
Brown duck in butter. Add rest of ingredients except for onion. Sauté 10 minutes. Stir often. Cover 1/2 of mixture with water. Simmer about 30 minutes until done. Add onions for the last 15 minutes. Serves 4.
