Duck and Sauerkraut Dressing

1 large duck
1 large can of sauerkraut
1 pan of cornbread
1 bunch green onions
2 teaspoons of sage
2 tablespoons of poultry seasoning
1 small bell pepper
1 tablespoon of celery seeds
A Pinch of pepper
1 can of chicken broth
1 can of cream of chicken soup

Add the dry ingredients to cornbread and mix. Add chicken broth and soup to dry mixture and mix well. Put mixture in roaster. Stuff inside of duck with sauerkraut. Lay duck in center of cornbread mixture. Cover and bake at 350ºF. for 2 hours or until tender.
