Deviled Duck

Two 4 pound ducklings, cut into serving pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of butter
1/4 cup of flour
2 cups of water
1/2 cup of ketchup
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon of steak sauce

 

Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Season ducklings with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add ducklings and brown on all sides. Sprinkle with flour. Transfer ducklings to large casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over ducklings. Cover and bake, stirring occasionally. for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, or until the ducklings are tender. Remove from oven and serve. Serves 6 to 8
