Mix the soy sauce, ginger, minced garlic, brown sugar, and mustard together. Blend well. Marinade the chicken wings in this mixture for at least 2 hours. Drain the wings, reserving the marinade. Preheat your oven to 350º. Place the wings in a baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours, turning and basting with the marinade frequently. Discard any leftover marinade. Sprinkle with garlic powder and broil wings for 1 to 2 minutes, until crispy. Remove from the heat and serve. Serves 8 to 12 |
