| Parmesan Potatoes
6 large potatoes, cut lengthwise into large steak fries
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1/3 cup of melted butter in 9x13 inch pan
Mix dry ingredients into plastic bag. Wet potatoes and shake in bag to coat. Place in a 9x13 inch pan with 1/3 cup butter, melted. Bake at 375ºF. for 1 hour, turning halfway through. |
