| Cheesy Potatoes
12 ounces of shredded cheese 1 large package of frozen hash browns (chunks) 1 can cream of chicken soup 3/4 stick butter, melted 8 ounces of sour cream Dash of salt and pepper |

Mix thoroughly all ingredients except potatoes; then add frozen potatoes. (If you try to mix potatoes along with other ingredients, they become too cold and do not mix well. Spoon into 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam. Top with crushed corn flakes, bread crumbs, or cracker crumbs. Bake at 375ºF. for 1 minute. |
