
| Pumpkin Pie
4 eggs, beaten slightly 1 1/3 cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of ginger One 30 ounce can of can plain pumpkin 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of nutmeg |

In large bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, pumpkin, salt and nutmeg. Add 1 3/4 cup warm milk. Stir together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Put foil over the edges of the crust. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Test for doneness with knife in center of pie. It should come out clean. |
