| Fruit Chiffon Pie
1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 pkg. Jell-O (favorite flavor) 1 c. fruit juice 1 c. evaporated milk
Mix sugar and eggs together well, add fruit juice and stir. Bring to boil, add Jell-O; stir until dissolved; set to cool. Chill milk, whip until it stands in peaks. Stir into hot mixture. Make 2 graham cracker crusts in large pie plate. Spoon mixture into crusts and chill in refrigerator. |
