1 pkg. (8 oz.) instant vanilla pudding 1/2 c. undiluted Florida orange juice concentrate 1/2 c. water 1 env. whipped topping 1 to 2 tbsp. grated orange rind 1 (8 in.) pie shell, pre-baked |

Combine pudding, concentrate, water and rind (I use less rind for milder flavor). Whip topping according to directions and add to above mixture. Place in 8 inch pre-baked pie shell and refrigerate. *Diabetic directions - use sugar-free pudding and whipped topping also no-sugar added orange juice concentrate. |
