1 1/4 c. applesauce 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin 1 tsp. lime juice 1 baked pie shell 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. evaporated milk, whipped 1 tsp. lemon juice |

Heat the applesauce, add gelatin and sugar. Dissolve and cool. Add evaporated milk, whipped. Pour into baked pie shell and chill. Variation: Cool Whip may be substituted for the evaporated milk. |
