| Watermelon Salsa
2 cups of diced, seeded watermelon 1 cup of diced honeydew melon 1 cup of peeled and diced jicama 1 green chile, roasted, peeled, and chopped 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped cilantro |
