| Knock-Out Salsa
2 cups of diced seeded tomatoes 1/2 cup of minced fresh cilantro 1/4 cup of lime juice 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 teaspoon of hot-pepper sauce, or more to taste
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and enjoy! For more flair add diced colorful peppers, zucchini, onions and fresh parsley. This recipe yields 8 servings. |
