1 cup of diced zucchini 1 cup of diced red onion 2 red peppers, diced 2 green peppers, diced 4 tomatoes, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley 2 teaspoons of freshly-ground black pepper 2 teaspoons of sugar 1/4 cup of lime juice |
