| Mango Salsa
2 cups of chopped fresh mango 2 cloves garlic, squeezed through a garlic press 1 jalapeno, seeds and membranes removed, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of ground white pepper 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice |
