| Easy Quesadillas
1 1/2 cup of (6 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese 6 (8") flour tortillas 2 green onions with tops, sliced 6 tablespoons of Pace picante sauce 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, melted |
| Arrange 1/4 cup cheese over half of each tortilla. Sprinkle with green onion. Drizzle each evenly with 1 teaspoon picante sauce; sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese. Fold tortillas in half. Brush both sides lightly with butter. Place on foil-lined broiler pan. Broil 5-6 inches from heat until lightly browned, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Turn and brown other side. Serve with guacamole, tomatoes, olives or additional picante sauce. Back to Mexican recipes |
