| Beef Enchiladas Casserole
2 pounds of ground beef 1 can of El Paso enchilada sauce 1 small can of chopped green chives 5 ounces of Longhorn cheese 1 medium onion 1 can of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pound of Velveeta cheese 2 dozen tortilla chips |
| Cook the beef and onion together until beef is done. In a skillet, add enchilada sauce, mushroom soup, chicken soup, chopped chives, Velveeta and Longhorn cheese. Layer all the sauce and tortilla into pan and then cook at 350ºF. for 30 minutes in a 13 x 10 inch pan lightly greased. Back to Enchilada Recipes |
