In a medium bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients, mix well. Shape the mixture into about fifty 1/2 inch meatballs. In a 3 quart saucepan over high heat, heat remaining 4 ingredients to boiling. Add meatballs to broth mixture, heat to boiling. Reduce the heat to low. Cover, simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 6 cups |
