| Beef Filet Roast
1 beef bouillon cube 1 cup of dry sherry 3/4 stick of butter 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce 1 beef tenderloin strip
Combine all ingredients except beef, heat until butter melts. Place beef in roaster, pour sauce over beef. Bake in preheated 325°F. oven for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Yield 8- 10 servings |
