Macaroni Salad 1
12 ounces of small shell macaroni 1 cup of mayonnaise 1/3 cup of sour cream 1/3 cup of snipped fresh dill 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard 1 minced garlic clove 1 1/2 cup of chopped radish 1 1/2 cup of cooked corn 1 cup of chopped green pepper Dash cayenne pepper Salt and pepper |

Boil macaroni in salted water for 6 or 8 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse with cold running water. Drain well. Combine remaining ingredients and add to macaroni. Chill covered for at least 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve. Serves 8. |
