| | Granola Bars 1 large egg white, lightly beaten 2 tablespoons of honey 2 teaspoons of canola oil 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon 2 cups of low fat granola 1/4 cup of raisins |
| Preheat your oven to 325ºF. Lightly oil a 9 inch square baking pan or coat with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, whisk the egg white, honey, oil, vanilla and cinnamon until blended. In a mixing bowl, combine the granola and raisins. Stir in the egg white/honey mixture until well coated. With a wet rubber spatula, press the granola into the prepared pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. Cut into 12 bars. |
