2 2/3 cups of Minute tapioca 1 1/2 tablespoons of pepper 2 teaspoons of paprika 6 1/4 quart of meat stock, hot 6 1/4 quart of cooked lean beef, cubed 1 1/2 quart of canned tomatoes 1 1/2 quart of small whole onions, cooked 3/4 cup of minced parsley 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce 3 1/2 tablespoons of salt 9 quarts of mashed potatoes, hot and seasoned 1 3/4 cup of melted butter |

Add Minute tapioca, salt, pepper and paprika to hot stock and boil 1 minute. Add meat and rest of ingredients and mix well. Turn into shallow baking dishes. Cover with layer of mashed potatoes. Brush with melted butter and bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350ºF.oven. Serves 50. |
