
| Baked Bean Sausage Casserole

1 package(10 Oz.) of frozen Lima Beans 3 cans (1 Lb.) of baked beans 2 cans (1 Lb.) of Kidney Beans; 1 pound of Pork Link Sausage 1/2 pound of Smoked Ham; cut in 1/2" 1 tablespoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of mustard 1/2 tablespoon of pepper 1 can (8 Oz) of tomato sauce 1/2 cup of catsup 1/4 cup of brown Sugar 1 medium Onion, chopped |

Cook lima beans 10 minutes. Drain, mix with baked beans, drained kidney beans, port sausage (cut each link in 3 pieces.) ham, tomato sauce and seasonings with 3 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered in 400ºF. for one hour. Add water during cooking if casserole seems dry. Serves 25 at buffet.
