1 1/4 cups of crumbs (graham cracker) 2 tablespoons of melted butter 2 teaspoons of sugar 24 ounces of cream cheese 1 1/2 cups of sugar 5 eggs 1 1/2 pints (3 c.) of sour cream 1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla 1 can fruit topping |

Grease 10 inch spring form. Combine first 3 ingredients, sprinkle crust on bottom of pan. Beat cheese until fluffy. Add sugar gradually, add eggs one at a time, add sour cream, vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour over crumbs. Bake 30-40 minutes in 375ºF. oven. Leave in oven with door closed 1 hour. Cool, refrigerate. Top with canned fruit, optional. Serves 16. |
