 | Broccoli Soup
Five 20 ounce packages of frozen broccoli 3 1/2 cups of water 3/4 teaspoon of salt per package One 50 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup One 50 ounce can of cream of chicken soup 5 cans of evaporated milk 2 small cans of cream of celery soup |

Cook frozen broccoli until done, using 3 1/2 cups water and 3/4 teaspoon salt per package. Add meat. Use the water that broccoli has been cooked in and add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer. Serve. Serves 50 |
