 
| Baked Pancakes
6 pounds (1 gallon) of flour 3 cups of dry milk 1 1/4 cup of baking powder 1 1/2 tablespoon of salt 4 cups of dry egg mix 1 1/2 cups of sugar 3 cups of oil 5 3/4 quarts of water |

Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Pour half the water in a large mixer bowl. Add dry mixture and mix on slow setting until a thick batter. Slowly add remaining water; mix well and pour into generously greased sheet pans. Bake in preheated 500ºF. oven about 10 to 15 minutes or until brown. Brush with melted butter. Cut into 4 inch squares. Use 4 pans, 24 x 24 inch. Serves 120 |
