
| Rugelach Cookies
1 cup of butter 2 cups of sifted flour 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten 3/4 cup of sour cream
Cut butter into sour cream, combine egg yolk and add flour. Form into balls (3 or 4), cover with waxed paper and place in refrigerator for at least one hour. Roll out ball into large circle. Place filling (below) on top and cut into 16 wedges (like pizza). Roll each piece from outer edge to center. Bake at 350ºF. for about 20 minutes. |
