Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Put into 1 1/2 quart. greased baking dish and bake at 325ºF. for 1 hour. To make grebenes: Take 1 pound of chicken fat and fry in a fry pan until very crispy. Reserve 4 tablespoons of melted chicken fat. Take the remaining crispy skin and dice.
