| Jewish Butter Cookies
7/8 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 pound of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 egg yolks
2 cups of flour
Cream sugar and butter. Add yolks, vanilla and flour. Roll into balls. Press with thumb, put on jelly. Bake at 375ºF. for 10 to 12 minutes. |
