2 cups of Bisquick 2/3 cup of milk 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 cup of finely shredded Cheddar cheese 2 slices of Swiss cheese 16 slices ripe, or pimento-stuffed green olives |

Heat oven to 450ºF. Stir baking mix and milk until soft dough forms. Turn dough onto surface dusted with baking mix; gently roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into ball and knead 10 times. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick and cut with 2 1/2 inch round cookie or biscuit cutter. Cut each circle in half. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Spread 1 teaspoon cream cheese on rounded edge of each biscuit. Roll in Cheddar cheese. Cut 1 inch circle in center of each biscuit. Top eye with an olive slice. Makes 16 eyes.
