1 Stick of butter, melted 1 1/2 cups of egg noodles, broken 1 cup of long-grain rice 2 cups of chicken broth 2 cups of water 1/2 tablespoon of salt
-= Instructions =- Brown noodles in butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer covered over medium heat 20-30 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. |
