 

| | Raspberry Mint Crush 1/4 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of lightly packed fresh mint leaves 1 cup of boiling water One 10 ounce package of frozen red raspberries One 6 ounce can of frozen lemonade concentrate 2 cups of cold water |

Combine the sugar, mint leaves, and boiling water, let it stand for 5 minutes. Add the raspberries and concentrate, stir until thawed. Strain into a chilled pitcher, half full of ice, add the cold water, and stir. If desired, float a few fresh raspberries in punch and garnish the glasses with fresh mint leaves. Makes 7 servings |
