

| | Washington Red Caviar in Cream 1/2 cup of dairy sour cream 1 package (3 ounces) of cream cheese 2 slices of onion, chopped A dash of salt pepper to taste 1 jar (6 ounces) of red salmon caviar |

Place all of the ingredients except the caviar in a blender. Whirl for a few seconds. Add the caviar. Mix lightly and chill. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. Spread on toast rounds and garnish with dill or chives for a first coarse. Or use as a dip for potato chips, scallions and carrot and celery strips. |
