| | Spinach Dip 1 2 cups of mayonnaise 1/2 cup of chopped onions 1/2 cup of chopped parsley One 10 ounce package of chopped spinach, defrosted and well drained 1/8 teaspoon of garlic salt a dash of pepper Mix the spinach, onions, parsley and seasonings together, add the mayonnaise a bit at a time. Chill. Allow the favors to blend before serving. |

Spinach Dip 2
10 ounces of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed 16 ounces of fat-free sour cream 1 cup of fat-free mayonnaise 1 package vegetable broth ; 1.4 oz 8 ounces of water chestnuts, canned drained and chopped 3 green onions, chopped melba toast
Combine all of the ingredients except melba toasts in a bowl, stir well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled. Stir before serving with melba toast crackers. Yield: 54 appetizers. |
