1 cup of ketchup 1/2 cup of water 1/4 cup of olive oil 1/2 cup of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of paprika 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 2 tablespoons of grated onion 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon of sugar
Combine all of the ingredients into a saucepan. Stir and simmer for about 15 minutes. Keep the pan warm on a grill until the fish are cooked. Served with cooked fish. Makes about 2 1/2 cups of sauce.
