3/4 cup of peanut oil
1/4 cup of cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of minced shallots
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

In a bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, brown sugar, shallots, salt and pepper. This dressing will keep overnight. Makes 1 cup
