
| Chocolate Frosting
3 1/2 ounces of unsweetened chocolate 3 tablespoons of margarine 2 cups of confectioners sugar 1/4 cup of milk plus 1 tablespoon 2 tablespoons of light cream 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract |

Combine the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over very low heat. Once the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and stir in the sugar, milk, cream, a little bit at a a time. Add the salt and vanilla and beat until smooth. Let the frosting cool, before coating the cake. |
