
| Apricot Horns
1 pound of oleo 4 cups of flour or more if needed for soft dough 1 pound of cottage cheese
Mix together until it makes a nice dough. Roll into walnut size balls, then flatten. Put 1 teaspoon filling in center and fold over, making crescent shape. Filling: Cook 1 box apricots as directed on package. Add 2 tablespoons tapioca, sweeten to taste. I use 1 envelope of Sweet 'N' Low. Bake at 350ºF. for 15-20 minutes. |
