| Crock Pot Steak Soup
3 cups of water 4 ribs celery, chopped One 1 pound can of can tomatoes One 10 ounce package of frozen mixed vegetables 3 beef bouillon cubes 1/2 cups of flour 2 onions, chopped 3 large carrots, sliced 1 teaspoons of pepper 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef 1/2 cup of butter |

Put all ingredients, except flour and butter, in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. One hour before serving time, turn to high. Melt butter, add flour, and stir until smooth. Pour into pot and stir until thickened. Serve with garlic bread. This is a hearty meal and easy to prepare. |
