2 egg whites 2/3 cup of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1/2 cup of chopped dry roasted peanuts, unsalted 1 1/2 cups of corn flakes
Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form. Beat in vanilla. Fold in peanuts and corn flakes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 275ºF. for 25 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Makes 48 cookies.
