MOLASSES BUTTERBALL COOKIES
1 cup of butter 1/4 cup of molasses 2 cups of flour 2 cups of finely chopped walnuts Powdered sugar
Beat butter for 30 seconds. Add molasses and beat until fluffy. Add flour and beat on low until well blended. Stir in nuts. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325ºF. for 20 minutes. After they are cooled, roll in powdered sugar. Makes 4 dozen. |
