3 cups of white flour 1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour 2 teaspoons of baking soda 1 teaspoon of salt 2 cups of mashed green bananas (unripe) 1 1/2 cup of granulated sugar 1 1/2 cup of brown sugar 3 teaspoons of vanilla 4 egg whites (no yolks) 1 package of Toll House morsels
Mix all ingredients together in mixer, adding chocolate chips last. Bake rounded teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets at 375ºF. for 8 to 10 minutes.
