1 1/2 cup of flour 1/2 cup of sugar 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 cup of milk 1/4 cup of vegetable oil 1 cup of chocolate chips 2 small ripe bananas, mashed
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add egg, milk, and oil; stir just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips, bananas. Fill paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400ºF. for 20 minutes. Makes one dozen muffins. Muffins are also good as mini muffins. Fill paper lined mini muffin pan and bake at 400ºF. for about 10 to 12 minutes.
