Dinosaur Grrrahams cookies or other assorted cookies
Garnish* *Garnish suggestions: Sprinkles, cookie crumbs, chocolate chips, diced fruit, toasted coconut, miniature jelly beans and assorted candies. Spread topping about 3/4 inch thick on one cookie. Place another cookie lightly on top. Roll or lightly press edges in garnish. Repeat. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Wrap to store for up to 2 weeks. Makes about 12. For variety, fold some garnish into topping before spreading. |
