Serve your little archaeologists these giant Dinosaur Eggs to keep them going on their egg-citing expeditions
2 tablespoons of margarine
4 slices of whole wheat bread
1/4 cup of skim milk
1/2 cup of grated Swiss cheese

Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Spread the margarine on both sides of the bread slices and place each in a 6 ounce custard cup and press in gently. Beat the eggs, milk and cheese together in a bowl. Pour into the bread cups. Bake for 15 minutes or until the egg is set. Makes 4 servings |
