Take a tortilla, spread with cream cheese, then sprinkle some shredded cheese on top. Chop the tomato and lettuce and sprinkle on. Spoon on some taco sauce, roll up and secure with a toothpick. Put it in the oven or microwave until cheese melts. Cut and serve!
