Topping
1 cup of brown sugar 1 cup of chopped pecans 1 tablespoon of cinnamon |

Combine all of the ingredients except for the topping, mix well. Place it in a 9 by 13 inch casserole dish. Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the potatoes. Bake at 375ºF. for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 8 to 10 |
