| Scallop Casserole
1 package of fresh or frozen scallops 1 can of sliced mushrooms 1 can of mushroom soup 1 onion, sauté parsley white wine |

Cook the scallops in white wine to cover. Add mushrooms, soup, chopped parsley and onion sautéed in butter. Season with red pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Put in casserole. Bake at 350ºF. for one hour. | |
