
| Oyster Casserole
1 quart of oysters 1 large can of Pet milk 1 small box of box Ritz crackers 1 medium onion, grated 1 stick of margarine 1 can of mushroom soup Dash of Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons of flour |

Make cream sauce of margarine, flour and milk. Season with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add mushroom soup. In a casserole dish, start with a layer of crushed crackers, alternate with oysters and cream sauce, about 2 layers each; top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 325ºF. for about 35 minutes or until crackers brown. |
