| | Butterscotch Peanut Fudge one 12 ounce package of butterscotch pieces
one 14 ounce can of condensed sweetened milk
1 11/2 cups of miniature marshmallows
2/3 cup of chunky style peanut butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of chopped pecans
a dash of salt |

In a saucepan, combine the butterscotch pieces, milk, and marshmallows. Stir over medium heat until marshmallows melt. Remove from heat; beat in peanut butter, vanilla and a dash of salt. Stir in nuts. Pour into buttered 9x9x2 inch pan. Chill. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes 4 dozen squares |
