| Chiffon Cheese Cake
1 cup of graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup of sugar 1/4 cup of melted margarine 12 oz. cream cheese 2/3 cup of condensed milk 2 large eggs, separated 2 tablespoons of confectioners' sugar 1/2 teaspoon of lemon rind 1/3 cup of sour cream 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla 1/4 teaspoon of salt |

Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine. Reserve 1/4 cup. Put balance on bottom of 7"x11" pan. Beat cheese until fluffy, blend in condensed milk. Add egg yolks, one at a time. Beat in remaining ingredients except salt. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff and fold into cheese mixture. Turn into pan and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 300ºF. for 30 minutes. Cool away from drafts. Refrigerate. |
